Targeted Treatment

We incorporate Psychotherapy and Neurotherapy to provide a more targeted treatment. One of our key treatments utilises neurofeedback training (also known as EEG Biofeedback). Our aim is to provide an individualised plan for each client to achieve the best outcomes possible.

Neurofeedback Training

Brainwaves has been helping individuals overcome life challenges since 2011. We have found that when incorporating neurofeedback training into our client’s therapy plan we have been able to help many people improve or overcome a wide variety of debilitating mental disorders and symptoms.

Frank H Duffy, MD, a Harvard trained neurologist and associate editor of Clinical Electroencephalography, wrote:
